Have you seen the meme of a little toddler who is crying as she tries to get out of her crib at night saying, "Is that popcorn I smell? Those liars said it was EVERYONE'S bedtime!" For many of us, that was us when we were little. You might call that a fear of missing out, or FOMO (not to mention a sense of betrayal in the case of this meme). It's not just little children who must deal with it these days; many adolescents and adults constantly check their phones to make sure they are not missing out on (what we think is) something important. The AC team is back this week to talk about our digital addiction.
